Delivering Opportunity: A diagnostic and strategy playbook to maximize Indiana’s Opportunity Zones

Economic Innovation Group (EIG) has conducted a comprehensive assessment of social and economic conditions across Indiana’s 156 Opportunity Zones and produced a classification of the state’s Opportunity Zones across different typologies to better target investment and impact strategies. This report, entitled "Delivering Opportunity" will provide an analytic and strategy playbook to help Indiana maximize the community and economic development impact of its designated Opportunity Zones.
