Investors receive an annual sponsorship for participation in the Opportunity Investment Consortium of Indiana. The investor category is intended for legal entities or certified individuals poised to invest or co-invest in Opportunity Zone eligible transactions.

By signing up as a participating investor at a cost of $500 annually, sponsors are given a direct link to their designated web page, together with their logo in the investor section of the deal portal. If desired, investors also have the option to additionally post their logo with a website link in the professional services section if appropriate to the scope of the firm.

Upon registration to the portal, up to two designees will receive access to all submissions seeking investment.

In addition, designee may participate in the Opportunity Investment Consortium co-investor round table, comprised of public, private and community loan fund partners that will convene regularly with the goal to share the latest information and garner support for advancing projects in Opportunity Zones.
