ABOUT THE CONSORTIUM
The purpose of the Opportunity Investment Consortium of Indiana is to encourage the transformation of Opportunity Zone neighborhoods into vibrant places profoundly attractive and sustainable for both residents and businesses. This is accomplished through the creation and pilot of this web-based connectivity portal. Investment opportunities submitted are made exclusively available to potential investor member sponsors. Investors then respond individually to submittals if they would like to establish contact and continue discussion beyond the online platform.
In addition, Consortium partners are convened regularly in an effort to build cross sector capacity in this new federal reinvestment tool to advance best practice through collaboration, support and training opportunities.
